  This is a great neighborhood church! EVERYONE is welcome and encouraged to get involved in groups and activities. I attend the 10:45 am worship service. The blended music - both contemporary praise songs and standard hymns - is well planned and accentuates our sermon topic each week. There is a traditional service at 8:15 am. The sermon topics illustrate how scripture can lead us in our daily lives. Worship is a celebration every Sunday.

  This is a great neighborhood church. I attend the early service Sunday at 8:15 a.m. which is traditional. I like to sing the hymns I remember well. The second service is contemporary with a great musical group at 10:45 a.m. Our pastor has relevant sermons that keep me thinking and inspire me to be a better Christian.

  What a wonderful community of open-minded Christians! I would recommend this church to anyone looking to prepare for their future while connecting with past Christian traditions and worship styles. I love how accepting, loving, and generous this church is.

  I attend the 8:15 service and enjoy the traditional service and hymns I grew up with. However, I often stay after Sunday School to listen to the praise songs sang at the second service. They are sung with such spirit and joy, they inspire me! The people of Mt. Zion are my church family. Young or older, it doesn't matter, they are a loving, faithful and supportive family to all. I would encourage you to come visit us any time, we'd love to meet you.
