  If I could give Kutis Funeral Home a negative star I would. We met with Kim Kutis to arrange my father's final arrangements. She was courteous when the meeting began. As the work began, she seemed disengaged at best. This morning I wake up to an error in the obituary. I called Kutis Funeral home to see what they were going to do about it. An hour elapsed and no one called me back. My sister, with everything else we have to do right now, had to drive up there. The obituaries are called in to the Post Dispatch which leads me to believe the error was on the part of Kutis Funeral Home. They did not post the time and location of the wake. So I was notified by a family member from out of town asking about the wake. If dealing with dead people is your business you have failed terribly!

  We laid my grandmother to rest today and the staff was nothing but rude and rushed everything about it! Heard 2 of them talking bad about customers in the hall. Like it was a big joke they have no compassion for the family. Got to the grave site and was parking they guy driving the Hurst was yelling about how he can't get out then the other guy was saying rude things so I snapped on them. I will never lay anyone to rest in that place again. I could go on and on about the experience and all it does is get my blood boiling!

  I don't know if this is just how funeral homes are run in St. Louis (I came from Kansas City), but my family was unfortunate enough to have to go through this funeral home twice (not by my choice.) BOTH times we were there, the employee there rushed my entire family through the process. My poor widower uncle had no time to grieve for his wife, nor was he able to sit by her casket for any amount of time after the euolgies were done (nor did his children have time to mourn during the second visit.) The employee who was escorting us through the process told my uncle, "You need to leave. There's another funeral coming." What the HELL is wrong with these people?! They apparently only care about making money and don't give a damn about the people who are paying THOUSANDS of dollars to bury their loved ones. I am sickened by this business and would never recommend it to anyone, EVER.

  I've attended 2 viewing at Kutis in the past year! The staff here "incredible" in attention to our needs, they also had a designated area for food, family to sit down and quick to answer questions! Very clean, lots of parking and a large facility. Thanks

  The way that your staff handled my daughter's funeral went above and beyond my expectations. The funeral director in charge of her services did a beautiful job with everything from beginning to end. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
