  My mother passed away the day before Christmas. While I was born and raised in St. Louis, I moved away over 20 years ago and had no idea of who to call. The gentlemen that came to the house to pick up her body were so sweet and professional. I can't tell you how compassionate they both were. When we met with the staff to prepare my mom's arrangements, the young lady was amazing. She too was very compassionate and caring. She talked us through everything and helped us with our decision making. I want to thank them for all that they have done, while this may be something they deal with every day, they made our worst day so comfortable.

  In all of my 20+ years in ministry this is a first! Owner and funeral Director out of town. On July 31st per employee funeral home all debt were paid in full Uncles funeral. I arrive as the officiant and Neice of deceased, to the visitation to find out that the EMPLOYER MADE A MISTAKE and the have locked doors and will not allow the service to happen until the $500 is paid! Whaaaaa? Their mistake and you are holding up everything? So family manage to get the money - was supposed to start at 10:00, visitation started at 10:45am. I'm through and will never deal with them again... I will be contacting the BBB as well. Horrible customer service!

  The construction community has just learned that this funeral home has hired a restoration company outside of our community to restore their building that was damaged by fire. We have several great construction companies that would have done a great job but was never given an opportunity to make a presentation. How long will we continually support businesses that do not support the community from which they make money?

  The director was more than accommodating and very professional, his reconstructive work was very accurate. The funeral cost were very fair and all inclusive "one stop" planning helped a great deal. He handles all the items needed including casket, flowers, death certificates, headstones, and suit arrangements. Though I hope never to have to arrange a funeral again, I would work with this company again.

  Very EXCELLENT service!!! The staff were very friendly and patient. I also love how involved Mr. Harris is with the planning of the services. My mom looked just like she was sleeping with a big smile on her face.
