  I can't say enough kind words. I am so please with the kindness, attention to detail and character of Joe and Nancy. Circumstances were such that we had to choose the most economical / basic option but Joe and Nancy went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations, even obliging a special request. We were treated as if we were five star. I believe this is a testament to the values and ethics of the organization. Thank you for being people of principle and treating our loved one as if she was yours.

  For being over 2,000 miles away and finding out my mother had pasted away, try to take care of things were very difficult. I searched many funeral homes and only got one call back, and it was from American Cremation. I'm very pleased with the service, everyone was very professional as well as polite, and made my first experience pleasant and as stress free as possible.
